I rarely get to watch American Idol these days [I mean more than I did before]. But my sister makes me watch clips on YouTube of the “greater performances.” And I’m glad she does, because I get to watch some really great performances.
Anyway, I remember loving Didi Benami’s version of Terrified, and played it over and over again! And now, here she is again with her own [great] version of Fleetwood Mac’s Rihannon.
Wasn’t that beautiful? I think that these types of songs are so suited for her voice and style. She might have used a scanning software to have that Taylor Swift-Nora Jones feel, don’t you think?
