For the tennis fans out there, before the turf grass tournament starts at London for the Wimbledon championships, I just thought of sharing this nice picture with you:

Ana Ivanovic and Rafael Nadal sharing a light moment during the Roland Garros tournmament.
Do you agree with me when I say they look good together? Too bad Rafa is currently attched to someone else! Ana is sooooo pretty!

I remember buying women’s shoes in one small store before and seeing a sign bearing a quote that I haven’t forgotten ever since:
Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
I remember reading a story in Chicken Soup for the Soul regarding this. The story goes more or less something like this: There was once an aspiring talented actress who had no means to go to New York to pursue her dreams. A prominent businessman once watched her “small show” and was impressed with her. So he gave her money [thousand dollars] to go to New York and pursue her dreams. There were three conditions though: first, she must repay him within 10 years; second, she must pay the kindness forward; and third, she must never reveal his identity and what he has done for him. And so the woman went to become an actress. If I remember correctly, the actress was Carol Burnett. And the businessman? His identity remains unknown.
I’d like to believe that there are people who still abide to this statement. I believe in the integrity of people. When I hear about the good things a person does in secret, I smile. There is hope in humanity after all.
