“No matter how perfect the day is, it always has to end.”
Edward Cullen
True, but one should not take it literally. There’s always tomorrow for the “perfectness” to continue. Also, it can be taken on a more positivetone: No matter how horrible a day is, it will end, and then there’s tomorrow for another attempt for a perfect day. Sounds uplifting huh?
The vampire series has been on the market for a long time already (my sister has read all four books three time already!)…but I haven’t really gotten to read it. My sister has a complete set and has been forever telling me to at least try to read it (I’d rather try bunjee jumping or those Mexican recipes). I most of the time just roll my eyes at her and say, “I don’t read vampire books…I have no interest in them.” But that was before.
During my recent trip to France, having nothing to do, I started the second book; yes, the second one. Let me tell you what happened to me. I was at the Lourdes, France, train station when I started it. I was so absorbed that, when I looked up from the book, it had to take a minute for me to reailize where I was. Yes, I actually thougt I was in Forks! I was so immersed…so into it. The book was unbelievable. It was enough to get me hooked.
I just finished the first book, Twilight, in just a day, and I absolutely, 100% loved it. Makes one wonder…can vampires actually be real? Are they living among us?
And, more importantly, I want to know, are vampires really as perfect as they are portrayed in the books? Do they really love and protect their loved ones the way they do in the book?
Will someone bite me please?
On to the third book!!!
