This tag came from Trisha. And like her, a prayer for those stricken with cancer also feels so close to home, so personal. My mother is still battling lung cancer, and I and my family know firsthand the power of prayer. A priest once told us, medicine can only go into the system (ie, the body); once it enters the body, it is now upto God for the medicine work. We know that prayers have kept my mother still alive and with us upto this moment. Praying for people with cancer may become more heartfelt when it becomes personal…when a loved one (or you yourself) has it.
The following prayer is short compared with the prayers that people with cancer and their family recite so often (and I must know). So I hope anyone reading this will take that few seconds to recite the prayer.

I am not tagging anyone, but whoever who wants to spread this prayer may do so.
and as i said in your messsage box that prayer means alot to me.
Posted by kaylee at July 17, 2008, 1:44 pmHi Kaylee! I visited your site and read some of your posts. I admire your courage in facing this battle. Honestly, i do not know how I would react if I were in your (or anybody with cancer) position. I hope you do stay strong and, hopefully, win the battle. Keep the faith!
I said a prayer for you.
